It is the policy of IC&RC to administer valid, reliable, legally defensible, and psychometrically sound examinations.

To assist in this process, IC&RC has contracted with Schroeder Measurement Technologies (SMT) to develop, administer, and score all examinations. SMT is an established, full-service, international testing company.

SMT serves the needs of licensing and credentialing agencies with a wide range of test development and administration services.

Examinations are administered through a division of SMT called ISO-Quality Testing, Inc. (IQT). IQT provides secure, user-friendly, high-quality, examination administration around the world.
